This week, Salesforce announced a new partnership with OpenAI, at the same time as it works on its Einstein AI system. It hopes to integrate Einstein AI with OpenAI to help users generate content, respond to emails, and write marketing messages. This new model, Einstein GPT, will be used for services, sales, marketing, and developers.
OpenAI and Salesforce were already acquainted, as OpenAI is a Salesforce CRM customer. In this way, OpenAI will benefit from Salesforce Einstein GPT. Complicated relationships like these ones demonstrate the layers that AI can bring to organizations and tools.
